As the process of toying on Photoshop with images we have taken continues, more ideas have been developing. For our magazine advert we want to take a simple yet effective approach, and have an image which will catch the audiences eye, and also an image they will remember and therefore associate the image with Taste in Colour. We took the name of the band and broke it down and I came up with the idea of creating a literal image of the band name. We want to take salt/pepper mill, fill it with colourful sweets, and it will be a true representation of tasting in colour.
So something similar to the image above will be used and filled with small colourful, bright sweets and maybe be used for our magazine advert. It is a quirky idea and something which I think will be very effective as people will see it and think the same thing. They will like this idea and possibly want to see beyond the image and into the music, they will want a taste, of Taste in Colour.
